Kim's Curry Club

Welcome to Kim’s Curry Club, follow along as Kim explains how to make home cooked Punjabi food made with love. Honest, local and deliciously wholesome. Preorder takeaways, dinner parties, pop up lunches, business lunches, cookery lessons.

Kim’s Curry Club is the brainchild…or brainfood..! of Kamarjit Kaur Ghali – originally from the Punjab, who became known as ‘Kim’ when English children struggled with her long name.

A Sikh mother of two & retired police officer, Kim was taught to cook by her mum as a child and her ever evolving love of cooking stems from the intrinsic Sikh culture of being ‘born to feed’. Whilst remaining true to her Punjabi roots, Kim also recognises that the traditional use of ghee is not in line with more modern awareness of healthy eating and shows us how to successfully replace it with Rapeseed Oil.

Kim’s enthusiasm for encouraging us away from ‘comfort zone’ eating is matched by the variety of great flavoured dishes she seamlessly prepares with love and a bit of fun thrown in.
